Production and preparation
The production of your exhibition stand begins with the final approval. We use high-quality materials and state-of-the-art technology to ensure a first-class presentation. At the same time, we coordinate all logistical aspects, from material procurement to transport, to guarantee a smooth process.
Logistics and transport
Our own fleet of vehicles enables us to ensure punctual and safe delivery of your exhibition stand to the venue. We carefully plan all transport details to cover every eventuality and ensure on-time arrival. In addition, for the sake of the environment, we transport our swap bodies via Deutsche Bahn's combined transport service, ensuring that your exhibition stand arrives at the exhibition centre not only on time but also in an environmentally friendly manner.

Finalisation and last steps
Our qualified assembly teams will set up your stand at the exhibition centre. They will set everything up exactly as planned and make final adjustments on site to ensure that your stand is presented perfectly. During the trade fair, our team will be on hand by phone at all times to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We provide technical support and can make quick adjustments if necessary to respond to any situation. At the end of the trade fair, we take care of the efficient dismantling and return of the material. On request, we can also store your stand for future events or take care of environmentally friendly disposal.
Our cooperation begins with a consultation and subsequent conception for the booth construction. Our graphic design department sets about creating a photo-realistic visualisation of your future booth so that you can get a first impression. The booth will then be manufactured based on this visualisation and placed at the trade fair in Hanover. We will provide you with all the necessary decorative materials, furniture, computer, video and lighting technology. Of course, we also take care of the dismantling and storage
