GOLD Media – CeBIT 2007 in Hannover
As in every year, we were active for our clients again at the world’s largest trade fair for information technology in 2007. Among others, also for our new client at that time, GOLD Media from Italy.
The biggest challenge with the planning of this trade fair stand was to provide the 115 m² stand space, designed as a head stand, with partitioned smaller spaces, without allowing the stand to appear closed.
The 9 m2 separate meeting room in the left-hand rear area of the stand offered space for in-depth negotiations for 6 people. In the 7.5 m² kitchen booth at the right-hand side of the stand sufficient space was available for accommodating a combination kitchen and storage space for trade fair material. A visual link between both spaces is created by the 3.5-metre-long bar counter.
A highlight at this trade fair stand was the 9 m2 home cinema, which was directly adjacent to the pantry. On two cosy, upholstered chairs the clients were able to follow the image film shown on the flat screen.
We not only used the fully covered partition walls as advertising space, but also simultaneously used them to attach the client’s own numerous flat screens. In addition to this, we inserted glazed display boxes toward the corridor sides. In these cabinets, the majority of the products (e.g. DVD players, MP3 players, etc.) were able to be presented. Three freestanding display cabinets at the stand provided additional display space.
In order to close off the stand at the top, we suspended a ceiling structure from the hall ceiling between the booth blocks. The installation of ample pivoting HQI spotlights ensured optimum stand lighting. Therefore, the trade fair stand, which was kept subtle in metal and black, was able to shine resplendently and caught the attention of the visitors with its attractive design.
