Leave the A1 at the Dibbersen exit and follow the B75 in the direction of Dibbersen. After about 2.5 km, turn left into the first industrial park access road. From the "Nordring", take the third exit at the first roundabout and the first exit at the next roundabout. This short road then takes you directly to MDS.
